1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Code Hustle ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
2. Definitions
"Products" refers to all digital items available for purchase on the Platform, including but not limited to PHP scripts, WordPress themes, plugins, templates, and software.
"Seller" refers to any individual or entity that lists products for sale on the Platform.
"Buyer" refers to any individual or entity that purchases products through the Platform.
"License" refers to the specific usage rights granted with each product purchase.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the Platform
4. Product Purchases and Licensing
All products sold on Code Hustle are governed by license agreements. The following license types are available:
- Standard License: For personal use on a single domain or project. Cannot be used for client work.
- Regular License: For use on a single client project. Suitable for freelancers and agencies.
- Extended License: For unlimited client projects and SaaS applications. Full commercial rights.
Each license includes lifetime updates and 6 months of premium support unless otherwise specified. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing products without authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfers, and mobile money through our secure payment partners. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
6. Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of every product we offer. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available—but we’re dedicated to ensuring you get the most value from your purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Code Hustle or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the product according to the terms of the selected license type. This does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing purchased products without authorization
- Using products for illegal purposes
- Attempting to bypass any security measures of the Platform
- Interfering with other users' access to the Platform
- Uploading malicious code or content
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Engaging in fraudulent activities
9. Limitation of Liability
Code Hustle and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the liability.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Code Hustle operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
